Changelog

What's new.

Every time we ship something you will notice, it lands here.

  1. New

    Nerd on-the-go

A new plan for owners who want a Nerd in their corner without a dashboard to set up. Hand over a job, ask a person your questions, follow progress and collect the finished piece. Monthly or yearly.

  2. New

A getting started list for new companies

The Overview now shows the first few things worth doing and ticks them off as you go. It disappears when you are done.

  3. New

Help centre, changelog and status page

Answers to the things people ask us most, a record of what we have shipped, and a live look at whether everything is running.

  4. Better

    Two-step login, once per browser

Enter your code once and your browser is remembered for 90 days. Change your two-step settings and we still ask, and you can forget any browser from Settings.

  5. New

    Your plan in Settings

See what you pay each month, what is included and which add-ons you have. Owners and admins can ask for another add-on from the list, and nothing is charged by asking.

  6. Better

Ask the Nerd on your phone

Instead of finalising an answer, you are now asked whether you would like a Nerd to check the numbers. The working-out is tucked away, because you do not need it.

  7. New

    The Monday Morning Pack

Last week for every venue, in one email and one PDF, every Monday. Every pack is kept in Monday Packs so you can read any week again.

  8. New

    Did it work?

Accept a recommendation and we follow it up. About four weeks later you see what it was worth, with a running total of the value delivered.

  9. New

    Bring your own numbers

Upload a spreadsheet or link a Google Sheet in any layout. We match the columns, you check them, and your dashboard, forecasts and alerts follow.

  10. Safer

    Two-step login

A code from your phone as well as your password. Required for The Hospitality Nerd team, optional for you.

  11. New

    Ask the Nerd

Ask questions about your own figures in plain English. Every number is looked up from your data, and a Nerd can check an answer before you rely on it.
