How do I get set up?
Book a call through our Contact page. We'll connect your venue and get your first dashboard live, no spreadsheets required.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. The dashboard is built for owners, managers, and operators, not data analysts. If you can read a spreadsheet, you can read your dashboard.

What can I see on the dashboard?
Live revenue, occupancy, and top-item performance, plus AI insights and alerts that flag what's actually worth your attention, not just more numbers to scroll past.
How does the AI insights feature work?
It scans your venue's data for patterns worth knowing about, like a revenue dip or an occupancy swing, and surfaces them as plain-language insights instead of raw numbers you'd have to dig for.
Can multiple people on my team use it?
Yes. Every tier covers your whole team at each venue, and each person sets their own notification preferences.
Data & Security
Where is my data stored?
Securely, with infrastructure built for exactly that job, not a server in a back office. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Is my data shared with anyone else?
Never sold, and never handed off so someone else can market to you. The only hands it passes through are the few providers that keep the platform running.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It goes away. We delete or anonymise it soon after your account closes, we don't hold onto it just in case.

Can I change plans as we grow?
Yes. Move between tiers as you add venues or need more automation, no re-signing from scratch. We'll help you find the right fit on a call.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Starter and Growth include guided onboarding at no extra cost. Enterprise gets dedicated migration support for multi-venue data.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available on every tier at a discount. Ask us on your call.
How many venues can I add?
Starter covers one venue, Growth covers up to ten, and Enterprise is unlimited with platform-wide admin controls.
