I'm Spyros, also known as The Hospitality Nerd. I've spent over 20 years in hospitality, from hotel operations and finance to revenue management and analytics.

I've seen both sides of the business: what happens on the floor, and what the numbers tell us afterwards.

And if those years have taught me one thing, it's this:

Hospitality is simple… until WE make it complicated.

Behind every hotel KPI, there's a decision, a person and usually a story worth investigating.

My goal is to help you uncover it, one number at a time - with practical examples, simple explanations and, of course, the maths on screen.
