Two-step login

A code from your phone as well as your password.

Two-step login asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone when you sign in. It is required for The Hospitality Nerd team and optional for everyone else, and we recommend it.

You only need to enter the code once per browser. Choose to remember the browser and you will not be asked again on that device for 90 days. Changing your two-step settings always asks for a fresh code, even on a remembered browser.

Lost or sold a device? Open Settings and use Forget next to the browser, or Forget all of them. Add a spare phone before you remove the old one, so you are never locked out.

Open Settings from the bottom of the sidebar.
Choose Set up two-step login.
Scan the code with an authenticator app.
Type in the 6-digit code to finish.
