Getting help and raising a ticket

Where to go when something is wrong or you need an answer, and what happens after you ask.

Open Help and support in the sidebar. It has three tabs. Get help lets you search the help articles and ask The Nerd a quick question, and most things are answered there straight away.

If you need a person, open a ticket. Choose what it is about: something that is not working, numbers that look wrong, a question, a feature you would like, feedback, your account or access, billing, or a security concern. Each kind asks the few questions we need, so you do not have to explain it twice. You can attach screenshots or a PDF.

We note which page you came from and which browser you used, so you do not have to remember. We aim to reply within one working day, and you get an email when we do. Follow the conversation, add to it or attach more under My tickets.

You only see tickets you raised yourself, even if a colleague at your company raised one about the same thing. Please never type a password into a ticket. If you think someone may have seen something they should not, choose A security concern and it goes straight to the owner.

  1. Open Help and support in the sidebar and try Get help first.
  2. If you still need us, choose New ticket and pick what it is about.
  3. Answer the questions, attach a screenshot if it helps, and send it.
  4. Watch for our email, and follow it under My tickets.
