Ask the Nerd answers questions about your venue's figures. Every number is looked up from your data, not guessed.

Answers are drafts until a Nerd has checked them. When you want one you can rely on, for a board pack, a lender or a decision that matters, ask for a Nerd to check it. It comes back stamped as checked.

You can mark any answer as useful or not. That helps the next answers get better, and each lesson the Nerd learns from you can be switched off again.
