Comparing with similar venues

How benchmarking works, and why you may not see anything yet.

Benchmarks, under Analytics, shows how your venue sits against comparable venues: the middle half of them, their median, and where you are. An owner or admin chooses whether the company takes part. Your figures are never shown to another company, only combined into the group.

To protect everyone's privacy, a comparison only appears once there are enough comparable venues taking part: at least 5 venues from at least 3 different companies. Until then it says so, rather than showing numbers that could point at one business. The more companies join, the sooner yours appears.
