Which enquiries become bookings, and who brings them (beta).

Meetings and events is for venues that take weddings, conferences, meetings and private dining. It shows your win rate, which sources and types of event convert, your accounts and which have gone quiet, enquiries that have waited too long for an answer, and how much is open for future dates.

It is not connected to a booking or sales system yet, so everything comes from what you give it. Add enquiries one at a time as they come in, or download the template, paste in your enquiry log and upload it. It reads Excel or CSV, skips duplicates, and tells you which rows it could not use and why. Start with the last year if you can.

A sentence only appears when there is enough behind it: it needs 5 decided enquiries before it talks about a win rate. Use a business or event name, not a private person's name or contact details. It is for owners and admins.
